SHIPPING POLICY
We provide a flat-rate shipping throughout Thailand. All of our shipping methods can be seen during the checkout process prior to placing your final order. We also provide a messenger service within Bangkok and an express shipment to your destinations throughout Thailand (Chiang Mai, Phu Ket, Pattaya,. etc). Please simply let us know the date of your arrival. We proudly serve our products at your hotel.
International shipping rates will be displayed at the checkout! Your address must be provided in English alphabet characters at checkout. Certain countries may charge you an additional customs/import fee to receive your package. Processing times and fees vary by country.
Our products are enclosed in all glass vessels, and are quite heavy. We take every measure to safely package our ingredients to your doorstop to ensure safe arrival. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has shipped with tracking information.

**Due to airlines' regulation, room sprays and aroma diffusers cannot be shipped internationally since they are liquid items exceeded 100ml. The total weight of the package should not exceed 2 kilograms.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the nature of our products, returns cannot be accepted once they are opened. If you are unsure about a product, you may want to order small samples to be shipped with your other products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order, so if the product does not meet your expectations, please contact us!
